To help such people Government of Delhi has taken various initiative day by day. Today we are going to talk about one of such initiative is called DDA Housing Scheme. DDA Housing Scheme has been announced for the people of the state who don’t own house and land. Application forms are invited from the economically disadvantages people by the Delhi Development authority. The motive of government behind launching this scheme is to provide houses to those people of Delhi who doesn’t have their own house. DDA Housing Scheme Eligibility Criteria & Significant Documents

- Application should be an Indian citizen who is permanently residing in Delhi.
- Age of the applicant must be at least 18 years.
- Applicant, his/her wife/husband, and any minor dependents should not live in New Delhi, or the Delhi Cantonment area.

- From home page of the portal go to the menu bar and look for DDA Housing Login option.
- Now click the option and new page will appear on the screen where you have to provide all the required information including
- Registered user ID
- Password
- Click on request OTP option and you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number
- Enter the OTP in the given space and click on verify option to login into your account.
DDA Housing Scheme Flat Booking Process

- First of all, you should go to the official website of the Delhi Development Authority
- From home page of the portal you have to go to the DDA Housing Login option and login by using your login credential.
- After login with the portal you will able to see the form on the screen
- You need to provide all the required details in the application form.
- Complete the form and upload the required documents as listed above
- Now select the check box on the announcement and submit the form
- A new page will open on the screen where your registration number along with date and fees is mentioned
- Make payment of the registration fee by using NEFT or RTGS
- After payment you have to take print out of the payment receipt and keep it safe for further use.
