An announcement about the dates of the Tripura Assembly Elections has been made. According to Chief Election Commissioner Rajeev Kumar, the election dates of Tripura are finalized now. The Assembly Elections in Tripura 2023 will be conducted on 16 February 2023. The counting of votes for the assembly elections in Tripura will be done on 2 March.

For the upcoming elections, the police department and security forces have done strict security arrangements so that the elections can take place peacefully. The police department is working hard to avoid any troublesome incidents. The police officials are taking care that no illegal incident should take place like smuggling, killing drugs, cash, etc. To avoid all illegal incidents, 14 nakas will be set in the area.
