Every year, Assam Science & Technological University organises the Assam CEE 2023 Exam, a state level admission examination. Candidates must take and pass the CEE 2023 test if they want to enrol in an undergraduate engineering course (BTech). The qualified candidates will subsequently be chosen for additional counselling and given admission to the colleges of their choosing. Its administration and supervision will be handled by the Directorate of Technical Education DTE. The date of the Assam CEE 2023 test has been set for 28 May 2023.

Assam CEE Registration 2023

The Assam Science and Technology University will end registration for the Combined Entrance Examination Assam CEE 2023 today. The submission period opened on 14 March. Soon, registration will open up on the Assam CEE website. The 12th graders who passed this exam may apply in a variety of graduate courses. Every year, more and more students from all around Assam including 25,000 individuals participate in the test.

Students from the Central Board of Secondary Education and the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council are both eligible to take this test. Candidates who are less than 17 or older than 21 are ineligible for this. Candidates from the SC and ST categories would have their maximum age restriction relaxed by three years.Candidates may apply at the official website. The Assam CEE 2023 engineering entrance exam is slated to take place on May 28. One shift, lasting from 11 am to 2 pm will be worked.The application cost for Assam CEE 2023 is Rs.1,000. For entry into first year B.Tech programmes in Assam’s engineering colleges, the Assam CEE is held.

Eligibility Criteria of Assam CEE Registration 2023

The applicant must be an Indian national and an Assam permanent resident.

• As on the first of August 2023, the candidate cannot be older than 21 or less than 17 years old.
• Following is the upper age relaxation for applicants according to their category.
• The candidate must receive at least 50% (45% in the case of SC and 40% in the case of ST) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics combined to pass the Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination individually in the same sitting without receiving any grace marks.
• A candidate must appear in all four subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English at the same sitting.

Assam CEE Exam Pattern 2023

The Assam CEE 2023 Exam Pattern was made available alongside the public notification as required by the organisation in charge of administering the exam. Only the offline option will be used to administer the exam. The students can strategically plan their preparations with the aid of the Assam CEE 2023 test pattern. The students will become more familiar with the types and patterns of questions that will be asked in the next exam by making reference to the exam pattern. There will be 120 questions overall worth a total of 480 points.

Physics

The exam’s Physics section will cover subjects like the physical world and measurement, kinematics, laws of motion, work, energy and power, motion of systems of particles and rigid bodies, gravitation, properties of bulk matter, thermodynamics, behaviour of perfect gas, kinetic theory, oscillations and waves among other things.

Chemistry

The exam’s Chemistry portion will include subjects like Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure, Classification of Elements and Periodicity in Properties, Atomic Structure and Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry.

Math

The exam’s math portion will include subjects like sets, relations, and functions, complex numbers, quadratic equations, determinants, matrices, permutations and combinations, mathematical induction among other things.
